MIKITA MIKADO

CO-FOUNDER & CEO,
PANDADOC
Mikita was born in Belarus and moved to the US on his own when he was still a teen, but when decided to launch his own SaaS product, he made it back to his homeland to develop it there. After a while, he realized he cannot let his product stay “a small service for a small world”, so he came back and achieved the American Dream. Now he’s a CEO of a San Francisco-based global company he co-founded, that has raised $51 mln to date and attracted more than 23,000 paying customers. PandaDoc, the company described, has been recognized as America’s Best Startup Employer by Forbes two times in a row. PandaDoc now operates in three countries – Belarus (in respect to his roots), the US, and the Philippines, to cover all the time zones and provide service all over the clock.

Mikita’s company has been helping many companies to stay on the run during lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 by providing a tool for remote and automated workflow. The mission of PandaDoc is to optimize the whole lifecycle of companies’ documentation providing them with a cloud-based platform to make it all online. But it’s not all about the pandemic (surprisingly). Having an engineering background, Mikita knows it all about running self-sustaining companies.
